The Excel Program is intended for dancers with an interest in being part of a team but not quite ready for the rigorous schedule of our Performing Company and Dance Teams.

This accelerated program is for the dancer who shows ability to focus, picks up choreography quickly, and is looking for a challenge.

Excel’s fast paced dance classes have an emphasis on technique, showmanship and working as a team. With a commitment to 3 classes a week, Excel teams are able to participate at our InStudio Workshop training with guest teachers, as well as extra performance opportunities.

The process to join the Excel program is as follows:

• Register for each of the classes in the program.

• The teacher will evaluate a dancer's suitability for the program during the first week.

• This evaluation is based upon having some dance experience, a good work ethic, reliable attendance and having an interest in working within a team structure.
